Lovely clean hotel near city centre , Stephens Green and Bord Gais Energy theatre. Very comfortable room and good breakfast. Only disappointment was that I was told that bar closed at 11pm on the Sunday night, even for residents.
Very comfortable stay. Staff very attentive
Excellent check in, dining and facilities, handy for the Luas. Great value when boked via Super Valu. Food good, although bit expensive for evening dining. Breakfast excellent. Check out also very efficient.
Welcome at reception and room reserved was not ready but I was allocated another room with my approval. Very clean hotel and rooms well appointed clean and well sound proofed. Food great. Drinks in bar great but only issue bar closed at 12.30.
Lovely clean hotel in good location Room nice but cold took awhile to warm up and no drinking water in room which would have been nice also no shower cap or hand soap in bathroom just tubes of shower gel Other than that food good and staff nice
What a fabulous hotel..Our room was lovely. we had great views of the Liffey. Top marks for cleaniness The restaurant food was fab, we also had so much to choose from at breakfast... Would dry return to this hotel ..Highly recommend it
On arrival we were overcharged for the room and only realised that after we were over charged for the dinner, dinner was very disappointing also, cold and dessert a huge overcooked burnt chocolate brownie, ruined our night away.
Lovely hotel, close to Bord Gáis theatre, friendly staff, lovely breakfast. Try get a room overlooking the River Liffey so to get a good view...
Fantastic hotel in a great location. The staff are magnificent and the hotel is very wheelchair friendly. Will definitely stay again.
Overall this was a very pleasant stay and well located in the city centre.
We had a fantastic stay the hotel was immaculate in a prime location with very efficient staff.
Very nice stay , lovely staff , great location for exploring yet quiet . Food good and great breakfast selection.
Overall everything was good except the service in the restaurant for both dinner and breakfast.
Enjoyable from the moment we arrived! We arrived early...but that was no problem to the friendly Receptionist. She told us that we were being given a free upgrade of our room. We were allowed to go straight to our room which had a lovely river view!
Need to have more of a choice on the menu for coeliac people I had a toasted sandwich for my dinner. Other than that it would have been 10 out of 10 every thing else was great.
Very nice hotel, staff friendly and helpful, food very good. Location very good near centre.
