Jurys was a really lovely hotel to stay in. It was spotlessly clean, food was excellent, staff were lovely and the location was perfect. They held onto our bags the following morning while we went shopping. I will definately be staying there again.

Great location. Nice hotel. Stayed a few times before. Staff lovely and helpful. The food is restaurant wasn't great though and we had drinks that night but they had very low stock in the bar and some alcohol not even available

The room was on 4th floor and incredibly hot. We left the floor fan on all night. It was suffocating the heat in the room. Otherwise breakfast was lovely

Very friendly staff very clean hotel

Hotel is in a great location. Unfortunately, there was a lot of noise in the middle of the night. I did ring reception who came up and spoke to the guests who eventually quietened down. I appreciated their swift response.

Great location and comfortable bed. Breakfast consists of a Breakfast Bag delivered to your door in the morning due to Covid; this needs to return to a proper hot breakfast in the restaurant ASAP. Bar closing early too needs reviewing.

Great location and room was nice and clean . Staff needs training didn’t know I had breakfast till I had to ring them and got a continental bag the next morning at the door . no restaurant which u don’t be don’t in advance . Zero customer service
