Great hotel. Location is excellent. Rooms are spotless. I had booked a 2hr early check-in which incurred an additional charge,hotel confirmed availability.On arrival,I was informed no rooms available & I had to wait an hour & still incur the charge.

We love staying here. So central. Staff are super. Our room on this occasion was freezing. We tried to sort it ourselves but the heating just never worked. It was just their first day back after the holidays. But we do love staying here for location

My son and I were really appreciative of the staff’s welcome seeing as we arrived so late… We had a wonderful breakfast, were able to relax over it… we’ve been here a few times now and it has never let us down….

Hotel was lovely, very central, clean and the staff were friendly and helpful Only downside for us was there was no mirror in the bedroom only the bathroom which didn't have a plug for the hairdryer which is why the mark is deducted for Facilities

The hotel was great with subsidised parking close by. The location was fantastic, very close to shops and nightlife. Tge only downside was breakfast which was hit and miss, lots of empty dishes while people continued to arrive for breakfast.

Maldron south mall is central located in Cork ideal to explore the shops and soak in the atmosphere, perfect for our concert in Musgrave Park which is just 25 mins walk

The hotel is so central . We picked it because we were on the train. The staff are very friendly and we were given a complimentary late check out. We have been staying here for the past 5 years and would not dream of staying anywhere else.

Hotel centrally located, very convenient to everything, the room was comfortable, clean & the bed was excellent. It's a pity the lighting in the bathroom is not good for men's shaving, my husband found it difficult to see. That was the only negative

Fantastic location, very friendly staff. Our only gripe was the bed was very small. We did request a larger bed to be told it was the largest bedroom. Yes the bedroom was very nice but a four foot bed is small in our opinion. Loved it otherwise.

We enjoyed our stay in the Maldron Hotel South Mall Cork we found the staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel is in perfect spot for the city as Oliver Plunkett Street just around the corner. Parking was also near hotel.

I have difficulty walking and found the hotel ideal for central Cork. Breakfasts were excellent and set us up for the day. No complaints and great value.

This is a great location to stay in Cork. Central to all attractions & shopping. The hotel is modern & the rooms were very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. There are discounts for use of multi-storey car parks in vicinity.

Overall a positive experience- the hotel is very nicely decorated throughout, very comfortable bed and lovely large shower. Staff were very pleasant and efficient, no direct access car park but secure parking is very near at a reduced rate.

Friendly staff, upgraded to executive room which was really nice. The bed was very comfortable. Food was excellent from breakfast to the lovely meals in the bar.

We initially booked 2 nights at the Maldron Hotel in Cork City. It was so good we rebooked to stay another night which we thoroughly enjoyed. The Friendliness and wonderful service from the staff particularly Samantha on reception was unbelievable.

We stayed in the South Mall Maldron Hotel because it is so central. We have stayed there several times and love everything about it, the location, staff, food etc. I would not stay anywhere else in Cork and Super Value breaks make it very affordable
