A special thank you to the waitress who served us our breakfast both mornings. She was very friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. She told us that she was from Birr and had only been working in the hotel for 10 days. The breakfast was great

Staff nice & frienly, food was good & everything else was fine.

Hotel was very nice but quite low on staff. The restaurant was very messy/dirty tables weren't cleaned and very little place to sit for dinner even though we booked a table. The bed was very comfortable. Over all it was ok, we wouldn't stay again.

The hotel was nice. The dining room experience was not good. Eating in the bar area and unfortunately the food wasn't very good. The service and everyone working there were lovely.

This was our first time staying at this charming hotel. Very comfortable spacious room. Staff were very friendly and attentive and the hotel had a welcoming feel to it. My wife and I had a most enjoyable stay and we look forward to a return visit.
