Hotel is lovely and there was music in bar which was great on the nite we stayed. Bar busy so good atmosphere. Food was lovely

The cooked breakfast was amazing. Lots of choices including some unusual ones. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

Beautiful foyer and bar. We booked a twin room which had a double bed and a single bed; both of which were very comfortable. Our room overlooked the river and had a balcony, which was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The leisure centre was closed which was a disappointment but other than that service was great staff very friendly

We had a fantastic time. The hotel staff were well trained and very helpful. The food was excellent especially in the steak restaurant.

Great hotel. Friendly staff. Fantastic food. The set menu in the Alamo Steakhouse which is included in the deal is varied and the quality of the dishes are excellent. Breakfast is made to order so it's all fresh. Overall a really lovely getaway.

Myself and wife and two grandchildren had an excellent stay in the Riverside park hotel, Staff were great and kids loved the pool. One we will go back to.

Overall staff excellent apart from reception staff. First room we got had a smell and down pipes with rain on roof in front of windows. Had 3 attempts due to key card not working to access alternative room. Food excellent and all other staff amazing

from start to finish this hotel made our stay an absolute pleasure, we got there a little early and we went in to the bar to have a drink and we got a call when our room was ready, we went up to our absolutely fantastic family room

it’s an outstanding hotel, the location is excellent we recommend , food is amazing me and my partner had all inclusive meal on the first night was divine! 3 course, wouldn’t be gone on the breakfast! but everyone is different! really enjoed our stay

Our room and all the facilities within the room were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was lovely and included a variety of gluten free food. Food was served throughout the day in the lounge which was reasonable.Staff were helpful & friendly.

We had a lovely 2 Night break in the Riverside Park Hotel & Leisure Club. The staff were very friendly and Helpful and the added touch of having our Hot Food Breakfast order served to us was great. We will definitely return to this Hotel again

I think the Riverside Park hotel is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed it. The staff are so lovely. The hotel is in a beautiful setting. Food is excellent, facilities perfect. I have stayed so many times in the hotel. I love it.

The hotel has leisure facilities and lovely restaurants and big bar / lounge area .Hotel beside riverside which has park for walks and kids play ground. Many attractions to visit locally during stay.

We are very happy with that 2 nights stay, lovely hotel, kids had brilliant time in the pool. Would love to go back again.

Wasn't a fan of this hotel wouldn't rate it a 4 star room very small and cold despite having a heater it didn't heat the room restaurant availability wasn't great either food at breakfast wasn't great. Personally I would not return

Love this hotel, the setting beside the river sets you up for a lovely break withe the friendly and helpful staff. The food served in the bar was delicious and such a good choice. The room was spotlessly clean and so comfortable with a river view

A great hotel set in an idilic location. Everything was clean & the staff was very friendly an helpful. felt very safe with the covid measures in place. We had a breakfast that was great If you want a great place to relax this is it!

All the staff were friendly and helpful. Good size room well kitted out for the kids. Good leisure facilities. We ate in the Alamo restaurant all three nights and the food was great with good size portions. Plenty of options on the kids menu also.

Very comfortable and everything we needed was to hand. Food was lovely. Pool is perfect for small kids. Had lovely massages. Staff are a credit, very helpful and friendly. Very enjoyable stay.

We stayed in a room with a balcony overlooking the river. The room was recently renovated and was first class in all aspects, particularly the massive bed. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Food in the bar and restaurant excellent

For me this hotel deserves every star. You can see the standard of training in this hotel. Staff are so helpful and friendly. Rooms are spotless and food is amazing. Can't fault it. Looking forward to returning already.
