Payment and cancellation policy
- For apartment bookings
of 4 days or less, cancellation is 21 days prior to the arrival date.
- For apartment bookings
of 5 days or more, cancellation is 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- All apartment
bookings, a 20% deposit is chargeable at time of booking. On
bookings of over 5 days the remaining balance is chargeable 30 days prior
to the arrival date. All deposits non-refundable or non-transferrable.
- For group bookings of
4 or more rooms, Bank Holiday's or Festivals dates listed by the hotel, a
booking deposit of 20% of the total accommodation price is payable up to 5
days after booking has been made, 30 days prior to arrival, remaining
balance is due. Cancellation policy is 30 days prior to arrival. All
deposits are non-refundable or non-transferrable.
