Hotel room lovely and spacious staff very friendly and helpful, food excellent could not fault this hotel hope to return again in future

A lovely hotel! Staff were so nice! We had an issue with the radiator in our room and were given a different room straight away. Couldn’t be more helpful!

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful hotel. We had a warm welcome on arrival & our large bedroom was lovely & had everything we needed. The dinning room & bar was bright & lively & our evening meal was delicious as was breakfast . 👍

Had a very relaxing break at this hotel. The room was lovely and warm and the bed was comfortable. The food was devine and service was excellent. Breakfast was delicious. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Delighted with our weekend

This was excellent value, €250 for 2 nights B&B and one 3 course dinner. The Staff were very friendly and I would highly recommend Tracey's, Oakwood Hotel, Shannon to anyone. Only a €6 supplement for a Steak which costs €30.

Hotel and staff were excellent but, unfortunately the food was very bad. Burnt chicken, cold bland pasta, steak cold and not cooked as requested.

Totally enjoyed my stay in treacys hotel shannon ,very clean and staff go the extra mile for their customer's will book in again and Totally recommend a stay 👌

Just back from a 2 night stay in Treacys Oakwood Hotel. Great value for money and receptionist went out of her way to accommodate our family. There was loads of staff on in the bar and restaurant and each one was fantastic, friendly and efficient.

Just back from two night break at Treacys Oakwood my goodness what can i say the staff were excellent especially Majella who went above and beyond to look after us and make our stay so amazing. Fantastic food and fabulous rooms definitely going back.
