A lovely hotel in the heart of Waterford. Staff were friendly and helpful and the swimming pool was lovely.

We had a very pleasant break the hotel could we modernized a little though.

Free parking nearby and hotel was very comfortable. The food was good and staff very friendly, all in all a very good stay.

Very central hotel. Spotless but exterior and gym need TLC. Food was very good. But overall the value was incredible for this day and age so definitely recommend for a short break. It's an old hotel so once you bear that in mind you will enjoy it

We had a lovely time ,staff were very friendly,food was excellent and our son loved the pool .

All good. As others have commented, there were a few small issues like a cracked (but non-leaking) sink and bath tub, a broken tap and some worn decor that could easily and cheaply be put right, but you get what you pay for and it was good value.

Not a fan of this hotel. The corridors are quite dark and very unwelcoming. Our bedroom was very small and needs TLC. Awful view from our room. Was disappointed. Food wasn't great either. The staff were friendly and helpful and hotel is central

We were given a room that was not suitable for 2 people.The smallest room we ever stayed in. The ensuite was also tiny. We complained & were moved to a bigger room which was on a different level accommodation wise to our 1st room.

Very friendly staff, very convenient placinging in the heart of Waterford City, bit I would ask for a front facing room as our room was a view of an inside flat roof covered in cigarette butt's. But overall this hotel is worth a stay.

We have stayed in treacys many times now and still go back its homely close to town parking is free and never have any hassle staff are very welcoming. Enjoyed the breakfast plenty of space in the bedrooms and was great to get away again 👏

The parking is abit of a trek especially for the elderly and no lift so carrying luggage was an effort.Rooms are standard and breakfast was standard.

Enjoyed our stay in Tracey’s Hotel Waterford, central location, staff friendly and helpful. Food was very good for breakfast and dinner. Music at night was good but a little loud. No noise disturbance even though room was looking out on street.

Hotel a bit shabby in places especially where we were 1st floor down in the back. The bedroom was very clean and comfortable. Great value for money the breakfast was lovely and evening meal.

Lovely hotel... excellent food and all staff are excellent friendly and most helpful The car park facilities that hotel use are not adjacent to hotel and I found it very inconvenient Recently had surgery and was not suitable.

We booked two rooms through Super Valu breaks - a triple and a family room and both wee fantastic. The family room was wonderful, with a king size bed, a single and a kid's bunk bed. The meals were lovely and staff were great. Will definitely be back

Great location, a stroll to Waterford Cultural centre. Gym & pool were dated but perfect for a short fitness session. All of us used them during our stay. Staff were really young but customer service lady who managed the dinner & breakfast was superb

We had a wonderful time in Tracy's. The staff are super. The breakfast was very good and the chef kept topping up the buffet so it was very freshly cooked. It is very central a few minutes walk from bus station. Our room and bed perfect.

We were in the Hotel in 2020 just before Covid hits and we had a great time hence we decided to go again. Everything went downhill from arriving and we were given two separate rooms 104 & 108 not even beside. I booked interconnecting rooms

Only downfall was food in bar. Chips are skinny ,fine for kids but not for adults. We ate out mostly for our stay and got amazing food down the town. Food and drinks were very expensive too . 6e for a pint.

Not a great experience. Very rough and ready. Food and drink quite expensive. Mattresses very poor quality. Service in bar very poor. Alot of large party groups taking over the place, alot of noise late into the night. Would not go back.

We arrived at the hotel before check in time but the staff were ever so helpful and welcomed us, got to our room within 15mins of arriving and it was spotless, kids enjoyed the swimming and the food in bar was excellent. highly recommend this hotel.

We were in Waterford for the first time and found that our Hotel was in the perfect location. Due to Covid we did not get the full impact of the hotel and Waterford. The hotel did very well in the effort to control Covid.

I asked for a spacious room, which I got. I thought in general the room was quite drab. I wouldn't rate the food highly, while staff were lovely at all times.

We had a lovely weekend break as always at traceys Hotel Waterford its our fifth time staying there all the staff are warm and welcoming and there's always a great atmosphere in the hotel the the food was good with a nice variety to choose from

We went for a three day break in August when checking us in. There was no phone in our room. The room window was small but the room was adequate for our stay . Gym and pool facilities were great. Overall stay was brilliant and would recommend.

This Hotel is on Another Level because of The Staff! The Reception , Waiters & Waitresses , Housekeeping , Gym Pool & Spa , Bar Staff. Not one member of staff who was not polite warm friendly and helpful when u needed them.

Excellent Hotel, amazing food and fantastic Service. Myself and my partner stayed here for 2 nights the first weekend of October and we honestly can't say enough about this hotel and its service. Its by far the best hotel we have stayed in.

Brilliant weekend This was our first trip away since December as we have not been away since 3rd lockdown. Although there are still restrictions here in Ireland John Treacy and Staff have handled to to a T.
